UK the Worst in Europe for Green IT

According to an item on on Wednesday, the UK lags behind the rest of Europe in adopting Green IT. It's based on a survey of 8,000 IT directors by data centre company Brocade. Apparently 60% of UK respondents had a negative view of their companies' environmental policies, compared with 40% for Europe as a whole. Germany came out best, with less than a third saying that their companies could do better.

Actually, based on the second-hand coverage I've read, this may just be a matter of perception. As one who conducts surveys and knows how critical it is to ask the right questions (and interpret the results accurately), I would have liked to understand exactly what was asked, but the results don't seem to be available on Brocade's web site (not even a press release).
